Dear North Attleborough School Community,
We hope this message finds you well! As we near the end of September, we are happy to report that the start of the 2023-2024 school year has been exceptional. There is a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism all throughout the district, and we look forward to a great year ahead. Please see some important updates below:
High School Building Project
As you may know, the Town is engaged with the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) to renovate, expand, or build a new high school. The MSBA is known for its dedication to supporting high-quality, innovative, and sustainable school projects across the state. Together with the MSBA, we are working towards creating a modern educational environment that aligns with our community's vision and values.
We believe in transparency and community involvement throughout this process. As we progress, we will keep the community informed about key developments, milestones, and opportunities for input. We look forward to working hand-in-hand with all stakholders to shape the future of North Attleborough High School.
In September, we reached an important milestone when the MSBA approved our recommendation for an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM). We are thrilled to be partnering with the OPM team from Vertex Engineering, who bring to the table decades of experience and a proven track record in public construction. The next step in the process will be “Designer Selection”, when the Town will collaborate with MSBA to select an architect for the project. We hope to have the designer on board in early 2024.

School Committee Information
The North Attleborough School Committee encourages community members to stay engaged and informed about the work we are doing throughout the district. The Committee meets monthly and meetings are broadcast live on North TV and available for streaming on the North TV website. For more information about the School Committee, including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, policies, and member contact information, please visit their web page here.
