Falls kindergartners really dug their fossil enrichment activity today with the Easton Children's Museum!

Busy day at Falls! The Director of School Nutrition met with a focus group of students to get their feedback on breakfast and lunch during Tray Talk. NAHS students taught 2nd graders Spanish. Lifetouch took Spring pictures. Join us tonight for the PTO Meeting at 6:00 pm. PTO meetings are the second Wednesday every month.
For those of you who attended Falls, how many of you remember the Eyes on Owls assembly for 4th & 5th graders? This learning tradition has been going on for years thanks to support of the PTO and the Wilson's. It was enthralling and informative!

Work hard! Play hard! Falls third graders caught learning. 3P compared the attributes of shapes as 3M learned about pollination. Fun Friday highlights included "Human Curling" and a dance party. During recess, students created their own slides on our mounds of snow.

Falls Kindness Week's "Operation Kindness: Mission Possible" concluded with Grade One's Someone You Love Day, Wear a Disguise Day, Valentine's Day exchanged and our weekly PBIS raffle. Have a great vacation! Be sure to keep reading at least 20 minutes a day!!!
Today, the students at Falls got to experience a fantastic assembly called Hero Art with Rob Surette where they learned about resilience and positivity through art. We would like to thank the North Attleborough Cultural Council and Falls PTO for making this program possible!
Make the most out of winter recess at Falls! Be sure your student has snow pants, boots, jacket, hat and mittens or gloves so they can have the option to play in the snow. If temps are 20 degrees or warmer, no rain and winds below 10 mph, we will go outside. If you have PE be sure to send in sneakers!!!
Falls Kindness Week: Mission Possible. Today's mission: Students went incognito to secretly make thank you notes for unsuspecting staff members.
Congratulations to our Falls Patriots Spirit Day winners! 1C won a football cupcake party; our Fun Friday winners scored a Super Bowl party starter kit & 15 minutes of extra recess for Gr 4 & 5 and we found out who won our weekly PBIS raffle. Hopefully the winning will continue all weekend for the Patriots and Team USA!

Great start to February at Falls! I saw a lot of hard work and collaboration during K literacy centers. Rep Adam Scanlon read the "Cool Bean" to Grades K & 1 and answered questions about being a state representative.
We go through a lot of tickets each week because we have so many awesome students who demonstrate safe, respectful and responsible behavior! Congratulations to this week's winners! Great job to all the students who earned tickets but didn't win.
Cheers to the NAPS Maintenance Crew and NA DPW! Two hour delay means doors open at 10:35 am. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Lunch is pasta & meatballs or bagel fun lunch. Indoor recess. Arrive safely!

Fantastic job to the Falls 4th graders students and teachers! The Mindfulness Club shared strategies and tools they have learned to help stay calm. The Chorus beautifully sang songs about being brave.
The Children's Museum of Easton led hands-on activities with Falls First Grade. The kids loved the kaleidoscopes they built! Also Caught Learning: Fourth graders built test tracks and conducted experiments on height energy and energy transfer. 5th graders selected their review pathway to prepare for an upcoming math test. Grade 2 broke into reading groups to read "Starry Night." What a great start to a four day week!
