Dear Parent / Student,

The Hockomock League has voted and is allowing out of season coaching from November 2 to November 20 for the following sports:
Football, Girls Volleyball, Cheerleading and Unified Basketball

North Attleboro High School will be running these practices. To be able to participate in these practices, all student athletes must register on FamilyId.com and have an updated physical.

The out of season coaching will be a maximum of no more than three hours per calendar week. These practices will include strength and conditioning, speed training, meetings and level one approved sports specific skill training, while following the EEA guidelines. These practices are not tryouts.

If you are struggling to get a physical from your primary care physician, ConvenientMD has signed a partnership with the MIAA which gives inexpensive physicals. There is a close location in Plainville, Massachusetts. Please visit convenientmd.com to view this information.
