Brady Dip (I refuse to call it Buffalo after last week...)

This dip is smooth and creamy, no heating required!  You do need a food processor, though....

2-3 cooked chicken breasts cut in pieces or a rotisserie chicken, deboned

1/3 c Frank's Red Hot sauce

2/3 c Ranch or blue cheese dressing

1 carrot, diced

1 stalk celery, diced

2 scallions, diced

1/2 c crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Put chicken, red hot, and dressing in food processor and let her rip!  Add more dressing if it needs more liquid; add more red hot if you like it spicy.

Once smooth, pour into bowl and add chopped veggies and cheese, if desired, and mix well.  Serve with pita chips, celery and carrot stix.
