Enter through the main front door (no parking in the driveway).
Child does not need to be present at time of registration.

Your child must reach his/her fifth birthday on or before August 31, 2010.

GRADE ONE ENTRANCE GUIDELINES
Your child must reach his/her sixth birthday on or before August 31, 2010.

DOCUMENTS TO BRING TO REGISTRATION

DOCUMENTS TO BRING TO REGISTRATION

    You must bring the following documents with you in order to register:

• your child's original birth certificate (we'll make a copy)

• a copy of immunization records (including date of lead test)

• a recent physical

• proof of residence (i.e. utility or mortgage bill) Note: a driver's license is NOT proof of residence.
