Human Resources Mission Statement:

It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to provide quality customer service to all employees and the general public for all Human Resources needs in the areas of; employment, recruitment, hiring and selection, benefits, compensation, training and development, labor relations, employee relations, labor negotiation, worker's compensation and unemployment.  We are committed to providing information, resources, support and council to all Town Departments with a high level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and sensitivity to the needs of the customers we serve. Currently the department provides Human Resources support to the School Department made up of approximately 650 employees with 6 labor contracts and General Government with approximately 350 employees and 7 labor contracts.

From the North or South:     

• Take Route 95 to Exit 6 - Route 495 North
• Take Route 1 South (Exit 14) toward North Attleborough
• Follow Route 1 for approximately 4 miles to lights at Elm Street
• Take a right turn onto Elm (U-Haul on the right corner)
• Follow Elm Street to the 1st set of lights
• Go straight through the lights (crossing South Washington) onto Richards Avenue
• Woodcock Building is the brick school building on the left hand side (Morse Street runs in front of the building)
