Catherine
M. Calicchia, PHR, Director of Human Resources
Catherine
has held the position of Director since 2001and has over twenty
(20) years of experience in Human Resources Management.
As Director she oversees the department responsible for
advertising and recruitment, hiring and selection, benefits,
compensation, training and development, labor relations, employee
relations, labor negotiation, worker's compensation and
unemployment compensation. In her role as Director she is responsible for providing assistance and
advice to supervisors and employees on all human resources related
matters. She also represents the
town before State agencies in matters related to employment policy
decisions, to include, Civil Service Commission, Department of
Employment and Training, Massachusetts Commission against

Michele
L. Dobson, Benefits Manager
Michele
has held the position of Benefits Manager since November 2001 and has over
seventeen (17) years of payroll/ benefits administration and human resources
experience. She is responsible for the administration and reconciliation
of all benefit plans for general government and school employees and provides individual and group benefit plan
orientations for new employees. Additionally, she assists
employees during the year with questions regarding benefit
changes, Leaves of absence, worker's compensation, retirement and
savings/investment plans. If you have any questions

Patricia
A. Beauregard, Administrative Secretary
Pat
has held the position of Administrative Secretary with the Town
for over seventeen (17) years since 1987 and has over thirty (30)
years of Human Resources experience. She is responsible for all
administrative functions within the department to include job
posting and advertising of all positions, unemployment
compensation administration, responding to all inquiries for
employment, tracking and processing all payroll adjustments for
general government employees, providing support to the Director and
Benefits Manager with various human resources projects and
